Process to Apply:

Overview: NATIONALHI is a premier provider of quality website and technical services to the healthcare industry.  Some of our customers request regular review and usability testing of their current or future website pages.  You will be asked to view a website page and then answer several questions about the page.

Responsibilities:

1. Log into the website link provided to you via email
2. Follow all steps and answer all questions
3. Upon completion, submit the form to receive your compensation

Compensation:  Each reviewer is paid a stipend of $25 paid via PayPal.  If you do not participate in PayPal, we will send you a $25 gift card from one of a selection of national retail stores (WalMart, Sears, etc.) via postal mail.  PayPal payments made within 7-10 days.  Allow 2-3 weeks for postal mail gift cards.

Travel Requirements: No travel is required.

Employment Status:  Reviewers are not employees of NHI or our client organizations.  You entire compensation shall be in the form of a PayPal transfer or gift card (see compensation above).

Frequency: You may not participate more than two times during any calendar month.
