	American Academy of Nurse Practitioners - the largest and only full-service national professional membership organization for NPs of all specialties.
	American Nurses' Credentialing Center - the world's largest and most prestigious nurse credentialing organization, and a subsidiary of the American Nurses Association (ANA). Board certifies nurses, nurse specialists, and nurse practitioners. Also offers credentialing to continuing education providers.
	American Nurses Association - the only full-service professional organization representing the nation's 2.9 million registered nurses (RNs) through its 54 constituent member associations.
	National Conference of Gerontological Nurse Practitioners - soon to be known as "GERONTOLOGICAL ADVANCED PRACTICE NURSES ASSOCIATION (GAPNA)". Offers resources to nurse practitioners serving the geriatric population.
